When we are trying to run business is not easy we think.  A good business must have a good management. The good management must be reflected into many criteria. How to lead their employee, how to manage teamwork, even to pay a cost is the most criteria for good management. When we talk about paid, we should know about pay roll. Pay roll is a condition where the business owner must paid debt-claim such as salaries of workers, deductions, or wages (summary). The business owner will see this pay roll. Pay roll could be called as the summary of financial flow of your company. When you are using pay roll,  it will connected into the regulation, many countries using pay roll to check your company. Whether this company doesn’t get problem or not. When the investor would like to invest some money, they surely will see your payroll. They will know the progressive of your company by using this one. When you are trying to control your pay roll, you will be reflected as responsible man. A man who wants paid the salary of his employee. If your company is still small, you should not need this one. But if your company had been big and it has many incomes and many employees, you should control into your payroll. Payroll will be very useful to your company. So my advice is never to give no attentions for your payroll.
