As a human being, you have to realize that you cannot live alone –you need others. In business industry, building a huge company is not done by one person. It needs team work. Team work takes an important role in running business. A successful business can be done by a solid team. You have to keep in your mind that together everyone can achieve more –two heads are better than one head. Solid Team building is not an easy job to do-therefore, the main foundations that should be hold to build strong team work are;
1. Your team must have a plan. Plan should be arranged well–put your team in the right position–based on their background education and skill. You have to trust to the ability of your team. Remember your team’s vision should be clear about what you are going to reach
2. Your team must think big. Think big is the key to be on the top of business. Your team must have a strong integrity, and professionalism–these things are one of the essential things
3. Your team must listen to criticism. All your team must be ready for that –don’t be selfish. Team interests is much more important than personal interests.
4. Your team must stay balanced. Working as a team work is a necessity, but do not forget your family. Do not work at the office until midnight, your team needs to take a rest–for more fit in the next day
