Advertising has a big role for every part such as corporation even for small business. The big problem – when most of business owner using this method – it would shell out much money. For instance, when they use a billboard, which is like parking mater. If the business owner tried to stop paying – where the billboard has been displayed, – suddenly or later, it would be taken out and replaced with other competitors. The other problem by using billboard, it is not give maximum exposure for their product.  It would be better if their billboard has a leg – which could move on everywhere, but it couldn’t be happened. The billboard is just stay at one spot, not be displayed other places. For business owner, they could put the entire billboards at whole road – where they lived. But it will be kill the consumer to buy their products, because it is too overexposure.

This tactic could attract your consumer- mainly if the vehicle graphics are located at spot – with presented funnier or more creative than usual. But when you want to go heaven, firstly you should die before, unfortunately if you had a wonderful behavior to God – but happened if not, Will you go to hell? – Who knows actually? – Back to the point, I will take the opinion’s of success business owner – is stated that “It would be better if you are creator of a job (business owner) – not being someone who only look for job”. Now I would like to share some my best favorite reasons – why not having a job is powerful. Here they are:

1. When you have a job, it has a big risk. Yes, when you are working at company. Directly you will have risk – when the company declare that “You are fired” OMG (oh my God). What will be happened to your life – if this is happened. Nothing is going to be securing, – that you cannot be fired – If there is change of economic global like now. But if you open your own business, if your customers move on – you could said “There will be the buyer, Not only you are”.

2. No salary will be paid for messing up. What happened –  if you mess up to your job, you will be punished, even no salary for this month. After you had mess up, maybe you will not be promoted by your boss – and your boss will chose another people. The people – who is younger, fresh, and hungry. What is hungry? Hungry is condition – where they want to spend more time at office. What happened – if you have a business, when you mess up to your business such as customer, client – who will punished you. For the business owner, every mistake is only a lesson. A lesson – to service better –  for his customers, or clients.

3. Your ceiling couldn’t be adjustable. For each business owners, they could increase their income in their own business for next months.  They will not only think of generating dollars but also making a passive income. It’s different when you are working for company, you will never adjust your income based on your service. When you want your ceiling is raised, you must ask first. No financial freedom.

4. No rules and be creative one. When you open your own business, no rules will stop your life. You could explore yourself and being creative one. Taking a comparison when you are working at company, you will have many rules, and dress code, and rules to sit down, even you can’t take your pantyhose.

5. You could focus on your weakness. Do you know “360”. It is the condition – where the co-workers and even supervisor tried to analyze your job. You must learn your weakness – and they will give you review for you – to work for them. But the scariest thing – many workers go out from “360 review and get tears in their eyes.  But when you have business, no one could judge you. You don’t have to mess up your weakness, It‘s a lesson for you to be better one. Remember this sentences “You could strengthen your strengths and you could hire your weakness.  We could say that “You don’t have to be aware to your mistakes at all. You will never live at negative environment.

Every people want to start their own business. Business could change our life better. When we start to make a business – we will find many dilemmas and problems – where it would make you get stress. So what is the solution – for this condition?   Now I would like to recommend you to start coaching and mentoring –. Coaching is an activity to teach you – about what you should do to get a success- and then mentoring is like as leading. Leading – where it will give you some suggestion, motivating – when you are starting your own business. Maybe starting your own business, you will feel disappointed and try to give up. Facing this condition, you will need someone to lead you. Someone who gives you some advice, tricks, and make you get closer to God. This is called mentoring.

If you want to be more professional, you must using coach and mentoring. If you are the professional one, you will get income better than others – the question is why – because the creative one will be different from the others. One thing, we should know if we want to face lot of competitors – which is appeared every day, we must be innovative one and create a different product – and creative product has a big relation with mentoring and coaching. If you don’t believe with this one, you could see the athletes. The talented athletes will not be a winner – if they don’t  have a coach. Coach will give them some tricks, suggestion, motivation and even pray for them to be winner. That’s the essential things for athletes to get more champions. These things are very important for you too – as the business owner. The other things if you have a coach, the coach will explore your talent – which you never know before. If you look at yourself, you will never know how big your talents are. But if someone look at you and observe you – and this is a coach, he will know your potential actually. Whether your potentials in marketing, selling, or everything – which is related to develop your own business. The other important things – that you should not ignore is – how to choose a good coach and mentor for your own business. It would be better if you choose someone – who has big attention for your success, not someone who wants to get advantage from you. Someone – who has credibility, consistence, and work hard, – surely it would be the right one for your own business. Now we have realized how important and meaningful of using coach and mentoring for your own business.

As we know if the doctors want to get more income, they should open the Medical Practice. The medical service is very important for them – to get more income. Not only that reason, the doctors should see his patient as the human being – who need to be helped. You are as a doctor shouldn’t see that your patient is a money – but they are humans being – that you could give excellent service into them. It is your responsible when you take an oath as professional doctor. But when you open the Medical Practice, you will be busy – where you had many calls from your patient and your colleague. But at the same time, you would find your patients are waiting to be checked up by you. It doesn’t matter if your patient is just one but what happened – if you had more than three patients.
